Seeking an individual with great customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor pool activities and ensure the safety of all guests.
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment.
• Ensuring Guests of the hotel use only.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to any emergencies, including providing CPR or first aid when necessary.
• Assist with pool maintenance duties, including cleaning and checking pool levels and equipment. Maintain all pool records and reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized pool area.
• Interact positively with pool guests and provide great customer service.
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to management.

Requirements:

• Valid CPR and AED certification for both adults and infants (required).
• Previous experience in pool safety or lifeguarding is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
