Duties

• Assist guests with pool access, provide information about amenities, and address inquiries with a friendly attitude
• Manage guest flow during events or busy periods, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Support event setup and management at the poolside or surrounding areas for special occasions or resort activities
• Collaborate with lifeguards, food service staff, and activity coordinators to deliver seamless guest experiences
