We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our team immediately. The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in plumbing works within the building construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily plumbing installation works at construction sites.
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings and shop drawings.
• Coordinate the installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and stormwater systems.
• Supervise plumbers and helpers to ensure timely completion of work.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, site engineers, and other trades.
• Ensure plumbing works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct and coordinate pressure testing, leakage testing, and inspections.
• Monitor material requirements and report shortages to the concerned team.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping.
• Report daily work progress and manpower requirements to the site engineer.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a Plumbing Foreman in building construction or MEP contracting.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
• Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings.
• Proven experience in supervising plumbers and helpers.
• Good site coordination and communication skills.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred.
