Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Apprentice Plumber and/or HVAC tech to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start a rewarding career in the trades. The Apprentice will assist experienced technicians in various tasks, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge in the field. This role requires a willingness to learn and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing or HVAC systems.
• Help with all tasks that a service technician undertakes.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Participate in field service calls as needed, providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred; familiarity with plumbing or HVAC systems is a plus.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools is essential.
• Previous experience in maintenance services or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Must be physically fit, able to lift heavy materials, and stand for extended periods.
