Plumber

We are seeking a Plumber to maintain water supply, drainage and sanitary systems across company-managed properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance and plumbing repairs.
• Resolve leaks, blockages and drainage issues.
• Repair or replace taps, valves, toilet fittings, water heaters and related fixtures.
• Complete minor installations and inspect systems for defects.
• Maintain work records and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of relevant plumbing maintenance experience.
• Practical knowledge of building plumbing and drainage systems.
• Plumbing trade certificate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Facilities management experience in the UAE/GCC preferred.
