Position: Full-Time Plumber

Location: Chicago and surrounding areas

Compensation: Base + Commission ($55K–$100K+ potential)

Benefits: Gas reimbursements

What You’ll Do:

Perform residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs

Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems, water heaters, fixtures, and piping

Close contracts and coordinate with our operations team

Maintain clear communication with clients and team members

Ensure all work meets plumbing codes and safety standards

Requirements:

2+ years of plumbing experience

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Strong work ethic, professionalism, and attention to detail

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions

Willing to drive 50 or more miles daily

Must have a reliable vehicle
