Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production output according to quality and quantity targets.
• Perform routine checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and report major breakdowns.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Keep records of daily production and equipment performance.
• Assist in cleaning, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping of the plant area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Plant Operator in manufacturing/industrial units (experience in artificial marble/stone industry preferred).
• ITI/Diploma
• Basic technical knowledge of machinery operation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and follow safety and operational instructions.
• Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
