New Orleans Pizza is now hiring a Store Manager for our Goderich location.

We are looking for a Store Manager to bring their experience and expertise in management and quick service restaurants to our team. Successful candidates will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, works well under pressure, and is able to coach and lead a team.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Past experience in these positions within a high volume, casual dining environment would be an asset.
• Well-spoken/articulate with a wide variety of people.
• Self-confident, cheerful, congenial, enthusiastic, outgoing, and energetic.
• Team Oriented: demonstrates respect for and a willingness to help in other job functions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to multitask.
• Loves serving and being with people – a true people person.
• Demonstrates a passion for the guest experience and service.
• Demonstrates professionalism.
• Flexible schedule and able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of three years experience managing Food & Beverage.
• Previous experience in a similar environment an asset
• Energetic, motivated, team player.
• Excellent oral, written, numerical skills
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have valid driver’s license and vehicle
