Job Title: Pizza Maker Assistant

Job Summary:
The Pizza Maker Assistant supports the pizza-making team by preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean work environment, and assisting in food preparation. This role is essential to ensuring efficient kitchen operations and delivering high-quality products to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing pizza ingredients (cutting vegetables, portioning meats, shredding cheese, etc.)
• Help assemble pizzas according to company recipes and standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, slicers, mixers, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and storage spaces
• Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed
• Restock ingredients and supplies throughout shifts
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure timely order completion

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to follow instructions and recipes
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Basic understanding of food safety practices

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds
• Ability to work in a hot kitchen environment

Work Schedule:

• Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Hourly pay based on experience
