Wood Fired Neapolitan Pizza (90 second oven time)
- **MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!!** (at least 2 years specifically in this style of pizza)
– High volume, fast paced.
– Dough and topping preparation daily.
– Must be able to clearly communicate in ENGLISH.
– Maintain clean, efficient work station.
– Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to live and work in the United States.
– Housing not available *(must live within driving distance).
– Must be able to commit to dinner shift Thursday-Monday 3pm-11pm
We are a family owned and operated full service Italian restaurant, located in Southampton NY. Our vibe is relaxed and friendly, while our customers have come to expect only the highest level of culinary offerings. We are proud to deliver this with a food and beverage program representing various regions across Italy, including our locally revered Wood Fired Neapolitan Pizza; in addition to house-made pastas and gelato, salads and desserts. Our team members become family, and we believe this has been a large part of our success – now into our 15th year.
