Full job description

We are seeking an experienced Piling Rig Operator to operate and maintain piling equipment safely and efficiently at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rotary piling rigs for bored piling and foundation works.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and pre-start safety checks.
• Operate the rig according to the required pile location, diameter, depth, and verticality.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer, Foreman, Banksman, and other site personnel.
• Select and handle the appropriate drilling tools based on the ground conditions.
• Monitor equipment performance and immediately report mechanical faults or unsafe conditions.
• Carry out basic cleaning and routine maintenance of the piling rig.
• Maintain daily operating records and support the preparation of piling logs.
• Follow approved method statements, lifting procedures, and site safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Piling Rig Operator.
• Strong experience in operating rotary piling rigs.
• Knowledge of piling operations, drilling tools, and different ground conditions.
• Ability to perform basic equipment inspection and maintenance.
