Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pharmacy Manager capable of handling the overall management of 2–3 pharmacies independently. The candidate should be business-oriented, capable of increasing sales and revenue, while ensuring smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, inventory management, staff supervision, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the overall operations of 2–3 pharmacies.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all pharmacy branches.
  • Develop strategies to increase pharmacy sales, customer retention, and revenue generation.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and improve business profitability.
  • Monitor stock availability, expiry management, inventory control, and supplier coordination.
  • Maintain compliance with UAE health authority regulations and pharmacy standards.
  • Handle staff scheduling, performance monitoring, training, and team management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction at all branches.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, product placements, and seasonal campaigns to improve sales.
  • Monitor prescriptions, dispensing accuracy, and pharmacy documentation.
  • Prepare operational and sales reports for management review.
  • Build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, suppliers, and healthcare professionals to enhance business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Valid UAE MOH/DHA/DOH license or eligibility.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in pharmacy management.
  • Strong leadership and business development skills.
  • Experience in handling multiple pharmacy branches will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and team management abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory systems, and sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

  • Strong operational and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Experience in luxury or premium healthcare/pharmacy environments is an added advantage.
