Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized PERSONNEL & OFFICE ASSISTANT. This energetic role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our hiring, onboarding and general office environment as we continue our rapid growth. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and applicants, while managing administrative tasks and supporting various office functions to keep everything running seamlessly. Your positive attitude, fun energy, excellent organizational skills, along with the ability to multitask, will help create a welcoming and productive workspace for everyone!
Duties
- Your primary focus will be on TEAM GROWTH.
- Developing hiring programs, not only with Indeed, but researching, developing and adding other campaign forms to diversify our search for new Team Members.
- Schedule, interview, hire and provide proper onboarding for new applicants.
- Providing exceptional personal service to ensuring a professional front office presence to promote our Brand.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders for staff members and photography team leads.
- Support office management when necessary.
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks, Excel & Google applications.
- Provide administrative assistance to team members or executives when needed.
Experience
- Proven hiring and personnel experience with a strong background in administrative support roles
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and data entry applications
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse employee needs effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
