Full job description

Personal care aides to assist a female MS patient in her 60s in home near Lulling, TX. The patient requires 24 hour care so shifts are available for all time periods.

Duties

Responsible for assisting client with showering, bathroom, grooming, mobility assistance and other personal hygiene tasks. Lifting the client is required. Role includes light cleaning, cooking, running errands, and doing laundry. Will include engaging client in activities like reading, talking, and playing games. Additionally, personal care aide(s) will consult with a client’s family members to address their concerns regarding the client’s health, nutrition, and overall well-being.

Requirements

A high school diploma, license or certification is not required, but experience is very helpful and a CNA is preferred. You will need to be in good physical condition, have access to a reliable mode of transportation and enjoy helping those in need. Background check will be required.

Pay: Starting pay ranges from $19/hour to $25/hour based on experience and certification.

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour
