We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing executive support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and communication on behalf of management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, documents, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain records, confidential documents, and administrative files.
  • Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced professional environment.
