Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a busy plastic surgeon and entrepreneur. This role is responsible for managing both business and personal responsibilities to ensure each day runs efficiently and productively. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, maintains strict confidentiality, and is flexible with schedule demands that may extend beyond standard business hours. This position requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.   • Coordinate various projects and events, ensuring all logistics are handled seamlessly from planning to execution.

DUTIES:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role with a strong background in office management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
  • Experience with project coordination, event planning, transcription, proofreading, and office experience including filing and front desk responsibilities.
  • Manage and prioritize daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel
  • Consult throughout the day to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Screen and handle calls, emails, patient matters, and staff communication
  • Track action items and follow through until completion
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Run business and personal errands as needed
  • Provide drop-off and pick-up transportation support
  • Maintain all vehicles (fueling, servicing, car washes, interior cleaning)
  • Manage grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and household inventory
  • Coordinate household maintenance and vendor appointments
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of clinic and home spaces
  • Assist with clinic and ASC duties as required
  • Prepare weekly meal prep according to requirements
  • Perform all responsibilities with professionalism and accountability
