Full job description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Utilize advanced computer skills to create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and relevant market developments to provide insightful recommendations and support decision-making processes.
  • Manage communication channels, including email correspondence, phone calls, and other forms of communication, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, implementing effective digital and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Coordinate and oversee special projects, collaborating with various teams to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, documents, and other materials, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and layout.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline administrative procedures, increasing overall productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be available for a full-time, stay-in arrangement within the owner’s residence.
