Patient Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Patient Coordinator to join our leading dental care team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth patient experience by managing appointments, handling inquiries, coordinating with dentists, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries promptly.
  • Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Coordinate treatment schedules with dentists and clinical staff.
  • Explain treatment plans, appointment procedures, and payment options to patients.
  • Process billing, invoices, and insurance documentation when required.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment plans.
  • Handle patient concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of UAE experience as a Patient Coordinator, Receptionist, or Customer Service Executive in a healthcare or dental clinic.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with dental or healthcare management software is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Age below 35 years.

  • Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 (Based on experience)
