We have an immediate opening for a full time Pastry Cook at The Lodge. If you’re passionate about creating an exceptional dining experience and love working as part of a team, we want to hear from you!
The Pastry Cook works at the direction of the Pastry Chef and is responsible for producing high quality pastry items, maintaining a safe work environment, following proper HAACP procedures, helping others on the culinary team and promoting a positive and professional culture throughout the F&B division.
Our ideal applicant has at least one year of experience working in commercial kitchen operations – or a culinary degree – a valid OR food handler’s permit and ServSafe certification, is able to work independently and as part of a team and has solid understanding of safe food handling procedures. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
