Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Party Event Host to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a vibrant personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for entertainment. You will be responsible for engaging with guests, leading party activities, and ensuring a fun and smooth event experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and set a lively atmosphere for the event.
  • Lead party games, entertainment, and interactive activities.
  • Ensure guests, especially children (if applicable), are engaged and entertained.
  • Coordinate with event manager, and f&b teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Handle basic event logistics, such as party rooms, seating arrangements and Runsheet management.
  • Address guest concerns and ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout the event.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup before and after the event.
  • Follow company policies and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in event hosting, entertainment, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Background in performing arts, hospitality, or event management is a bonus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with children (for kids’ parties).
  • Ability to engage large crowds confidently.
  • Basic knowledge of sound systems and event equipment (optional).
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus. (not mandatory)
