What you will do
- Lead daily warehouse and parts operations, including procurement, receiving, inventory, and distribution.
- Monitor parts consumption and manage procurement within budget to drive profitability.
- Ensure accurate parts data management in SAP for effective reporting and decision-making.
- Optimize stock accuracy through warehouse Kaizen practices and regular inventory reviews.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on workshop needs and ensure seamless service levels.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating pricing, credit terms, and warranty coverage.
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of 4–8 direct reports, ensuring continuous growth and performance.
- Drive compliance with health, safety, and company governance standards across all warehouse operations.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasting, reporting, and analysis of parts operations.
Required skills to be successful
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical and operational documents (safety protocols, manuals, procedures).
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- People management and leadership skills with a focus on developing teams.
- Ability to foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
