Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and direct them to available parking spots with clear communication
• Safely operate vehicles in parking areas, including valet parking when required
• Manage cash transactions accurately for parking fees, issuing receipts and handling cash with integrity
• Monitor parking lot activity to ensure safety, enforce parking policies, and prevent theft or vandalism
• Assist customers with questions or concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area, reporting any hazards or maintenance needs
• Keep accurate records of cash flow, vehicle entries/exits, and incident reports as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in valet parking or driving preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members
• Experience in cashiering or cash handling with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for all visitors
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate vehicles for extended periods throughout shifts
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse clientele more effectively
• Previous dealership or retail experience is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
