The Opportunity: We are looking for a hungry, driven Outside Sales Representative who wants to start immediately and get paid purely for their ability to close. This position is 100% commision only + bonuses. There is no cap on your earnings, and performance bonuses are triggered the second you hit your targets.

Silver State Squeegee Squad LLC offers window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties all over Henderson and Las Vegas. We have completely streamlined our business model to make your job as easy as possible: We strictly clean windows, screens, and tracks. We do not offer pressure washing, solar panel cleaning, or gutter cleaning. That means no complicated quotes, no long sales cycles, and no getting bogged down at the front door. You pitch a simple, highly visible service, drop a pin, and move to the next house.

Your Role:

• Pure Sales, Zero Labor: You sell the jobs; we climb the ladders and clean the glass. You will never touch a squeegee.
• Own the Neighborhood: Canvass single and two story residential neighborhoods, break the ice, and provide on-the-spot quotes.
• Leverage Fast Tech: Ditch the paperwork. You will use a lightning-fast, tap-to-pin territory app on your phone to log sales and leads.

• The Closer: You are highly motivated by a 100% commission structure and want your paycheck tied directly to your hustle.
• The Communicator: You have excellent interpersonal skills and can build trust on a porch in minutes.
• The Hustler: You have the physical stamina to walk neighborhoods outdoors in the local climate and the drive to start immediately.
• Direct sales, door-to-door, or hospitality experience is a massive plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
