Outlet Attendant
Position: Full-time
Location: Roanoke Outlet
Pay range: $15.50 to $17.00, depending on experience

Grand Home Furnishings is seeking an energetic, reliable Outlet Attendant to join our team. This role is key to store operations and involves moving furniture, loading trucks and customer purchases, general housekeeping, and providing excellent customer service during the loading process.
As a family-owned company with 18 stores across Virginia, Tennessee, and West Virginia, Grand Home Furnishings has offered quality furniture and exceptional service for over 110 years.
What You’ll Do

• Maintain our store’s welcoming appearance inside and out
• Ensure our beautiful furniture displays are clean and ready for customers
• Handle daily cleaning, landscaping maintenance, and seasonal tasks
• Coordinate furniture movement within the store and between locations
• Load and unload delivery trucks
• Help customers load purchases into their vehicles
• Provide friendly, professional assistance
• Work as part of a team with store management and other team members
• Assist with customer pickups and deliveries
• Help with inventory tracking and furniture maintenance

What We’re Looking For

• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or furniture industry
