Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating new business leads and identifying upcoming construction projects.
  • Visiting clients, dealers, and suppliers in the field to promote product catalogs.
  • Negotiating prices, preparing B2B quotations, and ensuring prompt collections/payments.
  • Coordinating with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure smooth delivery of materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business.
  • A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • 2 to 5 years of proven UAE sales experience in the building materials or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) sectors.
  • Excellent Arabic communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage.
  • High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
