Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Outdoor Sales Executive to support sales activities through customer follow-ups, daily sales reporting, and CRM/data entry. The role involves limited outdoor client visits, with the majority of work being office-based.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients when required to generate and maintain business relationships.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the management.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the system.
• Perform daily data entry of leads, customer information, quotations, and sales updates.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations and assist in order processing.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and support business development activities.
• Provide regular market feedback and customer updates to the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry.
• Ability to prepare daily sales reports and maintain accurate records.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
