We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with proven experience in the Lighting Industry to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across project and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market.
  • Visit and engage with contractors, consultants, MEP companies, interior designers, and project clients.
  • Promote and sell lighting products, solutions, and project-based offerings.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Follow up on inquiries, project opportunities, and payment collections.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of sales experience in the UAE market.
  • Mandatory experience in the Lighting Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of lighting products, project sales, and UAE market dynamics.
  • Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, MEP companies, and project clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
