We are a fast-growing facilities management company looking for a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Executive who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves being on the field. If you’re extroverted, self-driven, and excited to build sales strategies from the ground up, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
• Conduct outdoor sales visits and build strong client relationships
• Develop and execute sales strategies independently
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent follow-ups
• Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically in the field
• Provide market insights and feedback to support business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• 1–2 years of experience in outdoor/field sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly extroverted with a proactive, go-getter attitude
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a startup environment
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Based in or willing to work in Abu Dhabi
