We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and driving sales growth through direct field sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field sales visits to potential and existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote company products/services.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • Must have prior outdoor sales experience.
  • Must possess a valid driving license (mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven sales track record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
