About the Role

You will report directly to the Warehouse Team Supervisor and be part of the picking team, with a focus on order preparation, especially for self-collection orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Focusing on self-collection order fulfillment
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse
• Supporting other warehouse functions as needed

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the pet industry
• Comfortable around animals (including dogs, cats, birds, and exotic animals)
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Basic knowledge of different types of pets and their needs
• A reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Valid Manual Driving License
• Valid Forklift Driving License
