- Oversee daily operations of clinical services, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Supervise and support clinical staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Monitor and enhance quality of patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Manage resources effectively, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to meet patient care needs.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and SOPs to maintain high standards of care.
- Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with medical staff, administrative teams, and other departments to coordinate and optimize operations.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and care outcomes.
- Supervise all the departments and ensure adherence to quality standards and infection control protocols.
- Review and monitor staff clinical training, records, and compliance with current policies and procedures.
- Conduct practical assessments and direct observations of clinical staff.
- Review patient records for accuracy, compliance, and appropriate follow-up care.
- Monitor performance of specialists’ clinics and ongoing clinical programs.
- Participate in Clinical Senior Management Team meetings and coordinate with nearby health facilities.
- Contribute to special projects including quality initiatives, emergency preparedness, and clinical expansion.
