Key Requirement

Practical experience with Bolisaty and Tadweer Portal is highly preferred.

Hands-on experience in waste collection, transportation documentation, manifests, permits, and portal-based waste management activities is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily waste collection, transportation, and site operations.
• Coordinate drivers, helpers, vehicles, equipment, and site activities.
• Plan and monitor daily collection schedules and routes.
• Coordinate with clients, site personnel, drivers, and management.
• Maintain operational records, reports, permits, manifests, and supporting documents.
• Manage relevant transactions through Tadweer Portal and applicable government systems.
• Ensure compliance with Tadweer/EAD requirements and company procedures.
• Monitor vehicle and equipment availability with the Fleet/Maintenance team.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor operational performance.
• Ensure proper waste segregation, handling, loading, transportation, and delivery to approved facilities.
• Report operational issues, delays, incidents, and non-conformities to management.
• Coordinate with HSE personnel to maintain safe working practices.
• Support client inspections, audits, meetings, and operational requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Logistics, Waste Management, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in waste management, logistics, environmental services, or a related industry.
• Experience with Tadweer Portal and relevant waste-management systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of waste collection, transportation, manifests, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Good coordination, communication, reporting, and team-management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Starting Salary: AED 3,500 per month

Salary is negotiable and based on experience and qualifications.

Other benefits will be discussed during the interview.
