About The Job:

The role is highly operational and field-based. The successful candidate will spend significant time across company sites, vehicles, accommodation, and operational areas, identifying inefficiencies, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily on-site operations and identify operational gaps or inefficiencies.
• Investigate issues that may affect costs, revenue, productivity, or service quality.
• Follow up on operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Monitor staff attendance, operational processes, and service standards.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide clear operational updates.
• Support continuous improvement across different areas of the business.

Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, supervision, hospitality, transport, facilities, or a similar field.
• Valid driving licence and confidence driving regularly.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Hands-on personality with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and take practical corrective action.
