We are looking for an Operations & Sales Executive with experience in the heavy equipment and machinery rental industry. The candidate will be responsible for arranging vehicles, coordinating heavy machinery rentals, managing daily operations, and handling customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate vehicles such as tipper trucks, tankers, excavators, JCBs, rollers, and other heavy equipment.
• Manage daily heavy equipment rental operations and machine deployment.
• Coordinate with drivers, operators, suppliers, customers, and project sites.
• Find and arrange machinery based on customer/site requirements.
• Follow up on machine availability, transportation, delivery, and collection.
• Handle sales inquiries and provide quotations to customers.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and equipment suppliers.
• Monitor machine working schedules and rental periods.
• Coordinate breakdowns, replacements, and urgent equipment requirements.
• Maintain daily operation records and prepare reports.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding rental amounts.
• Support the company in achieving sales and operational targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in heavy equipment rental, vehicle rental, operations, or sales.
• Good knowledge of the UAE heavy equipment rental market.
• Experience in arranging machinery and vehicles is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent site requirements.
