Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple restaurant and coffee shop branches, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer experience. This role involves managing staff performance, maintaining quality standards, implementing operational policies, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and oversee the daily operations of restaurants and coffee shops under the company.
  • Ensure all branches adhere to company standards in service, hygiene, and product quality.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage inventory control, purchasing, and cost management.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and ensure proper training programs are in place.
  • Collaborate with the HR department on recruitment, scheduling, and employee relations.
  • Analyze sales reports and financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to monitor operations and support branch managers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management within the restaurant and/or coffee shop industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and process improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality assurance standards.
