Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Branch / Operations Manager to lead branch operations. This role requires strong expertise in operations management, finance, logistics, and commercial coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations including logistics, inventory, procurement, banking, administration, and local purchases
• Oversee accounting and financial activities such as bookkeeping, reconciliations, vendor payments, and petty cash management
• Handle commercial documentation including quotations, invoices, import/export records, and customer correspondence
• Coordinate with internal teams locally and internationally to ensure operational alignment
• Support sales and technical teams to ensure smooth client delivery and after-sales support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, service providers, and banking partners
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports for head office
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and support business growth

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a branch operations or operations management role
• Experience in scientific, laboratory, or technical supply industries is preferred
• Prior experience in structured markets such as UAE, India, or similar regions is an advantage
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
