Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient project execution, managing multiple departments, improving operational performance, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across construction, fit-out, and maintenance projects.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor project schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Procurement, HR, and Finance departments.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and process improvements.
  • Monitor project profitability, budgets, and resource utilization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, ADNOC requirements (where applicable), and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
  • Review project progress, resolve operational challenges, and prepare management reports.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop operational teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 05–07 years of UAE experience, including at least 5 years in an Operations Manager role within a construction, fit-out, or general contracting company.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, authority approvals, and project management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, planning, and contract administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
