Hi We’re Hiring: Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, production workflow, and project execution within our exhibition stand/events environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations across production, logistics, and project teams
  • Ensure all exhibition stand projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to align project requirements
  • Oversee warehouse, inventory, manpower allocation, and scheduling
  • Implement process improvements for efficiency and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and venue regulations
  • Monitor project performance and prepare operational reports

Qualifications:

  • 4-5+ years experience in operations (exhibition stand/events industry preferred)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of production processes, materials, and event logistics
