We are seeking a reliable and organized Operations Coordinator / Office Secretary to support daily administrative and operational activities in our Dubai office.

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and overall office operations
  • Handle employee coordination, including leave management, requests, and advance salary tracking
  • Assist in processing WPS payroll, including preparation and coordination with banks or payroll providers
  • Maintain accurate employee records and filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Manage and record petty cash, expenses, and basic financial trackers
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain operational reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and external stakeholders
  • Ensure proper document control and record keeping
  • Support management with operational and administrative tasks as required
  • Travel outside the country when required for business purposes

Requirements

  • Can start immediately
  • Previous experience in office administration or operations coordination
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Languages

  • English (required)
  • Arabic and French are an advantage

Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 (depending on experience and interview)
