Mimar Models is looking for a dedicated and organized Operations Assistant to support the Operations Manager in day-to-day operational activities and coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal operations and effective communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager in daily operational planning and execution
  • Coordinate with internal departments, site teams, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, trackers, and operational documentation
  • Monitor task progress and follow up on pending actions
  • Support scheduling of meetings, visits, and operational activities
  • Maintain proper records, correspondence, and filing systems
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in an operations or administrative support role (UAE experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
