Mimar Models is looking for a dedicated and organized Operations Assistant to support the Operations Manager in day-to-day operational activities and coordination. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal operations and effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in daily operational planning and execution
- Coordinate with internal departments, site teams, and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, trackers, and operational documentation
- Monitor task progress and follow up on pending actions
- Support scheduling of meetings, visits, and operational activities
- Maintain proper records, correspondence, and filing systems
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in an operations or administrative support role (UAE experience preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
