Key Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating home healthcare visits
- Support communication between patients, nurses, and management
- Handle service bookings, follow-ups, and operational updates
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
- Monitor staff attendance and daily assignments
- Support logistics, supplies tracking, and general office operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow of healthcare services
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare operations or administration is preferred
- Freshers with strong organizational skills may apply
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, data entry)
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
