We are URGENTLY seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations / Office Assistant to support the daily administrative and operational activities of the company. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating office operations, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize company files, records, and documentation.
  • Handles year-end inventory
  • Assist in coordinating daily operational activities and project requirements.
  • Monitor and track job orders, service requests, and project documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors regarding operational matters.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
  • Support permit applications, document submissions, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare service reports
  • Prepare daily operations schedule

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of administrative, clerical or office support experience
  • Experience in operations support
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
