Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English, with Arabic considered an advantage. This role requires experience in product training, store operations, and overall support of daily business activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Provide comprehensive product training to staff on telecom services, offers, and systems.
  • Ensure all operational procedures are followed in alignment with company and partner standards.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate implementation of promotions and product updates.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock levels, and store merchandising.
  • Handle customer escalations and support the team in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
  • Ensure compliance with Virgin Mobile and DU guidelines and requirements.
  • Support management in implementing new processes and improving operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
  • Must have a car.
  • Previous experience in telecom operations, retail operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in product training or staff coaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Professional attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with telecom products, SIM activation processes, and store systems is a plus.
