Your Tasks

  • Coordinate all logistics related to training sessions, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, trainer scheduling, and travel bookings.
  • Maintain training calendars, ensuring alignment with the sales and delivery teams.
  • Prepare and organize all training documentation (attendance sheets, feedback forms, certificates, evaluation reports).
  • Support trainers with materials and pre-training arrangements, ensuring all resources are ready ahead of delivery.
  • Maintain updated training outlines, trainer profiles, and related course documents accessible for the sales and operations team.
  • Act as the operational contact for clients and trainers before, during, and after training sessions.
  • Coordinate communications regarding schedules, logistics, and requirements.
  • Manage the issuance of certificates, trainer payments, and feedback reports on time.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring professional and smooth training experience for all stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure all activities are updated in CRM or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Track training completions, attendance, trainer utilization, and performance indicators.
  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing training operations, attendance, and satisfaction results.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of operational forms, templates, and checklists.
  • Liaise with vendors for venue booking, travel, catering, and other logistics.
  • Ensure timely PR/PO processing and follow-up with finance for supplier payments.
  • Build strong partnerships with hotels and service providers to secure quality and cost-effective arrangements.
  • Ensure all training operations follow TÜV SÜD quality standards and procedures.
  • Support internal process audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain control of documentation and ensure consistency in operational practices.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Education, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training management, travel coordination, event management
