Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Officer with hands-on experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and strong computer proficiency. The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, ATS implementation, and talent sourcing strategies to support hiring needs at our Dubai location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Handle and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient recruitment workflow.
  • Lead or support ATS implementation, customization, and reporting.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases in ATS.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, analytics, and hiring dashboards.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (implementation & management experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel reporting, HR software).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
