Full job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic procurement office to manage the bank’s supply of products and services. He/ She will be responsible for identifying cost-effective deals and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services in line with the banks policies and standards.
- Develop, lead and execute sourcing strategies.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
- Assess and mitigate risks related to procurement activities.
- Determine quality, quantity and timing of deliveries.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery and invoices
Experience
3 years to 5 years
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Additional Certifications in CIPS preferable
