Premier Heating & Air is seeking a highly organized Office Operations Assistant to support our HVAC construction. This position assists the office manager with job coordination, documentation, and internal scheduling support to help keep projects moving smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and supporting a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
Assist the office manager with daily office operations, including:
- Supporting scheduling and job coordination
- Creating and organizing job packets
- Tracking job progress and documentation
- Setting up job accounts with vendors
- Preparing pre-lien notices when required
- Monitoring scheduling software notes and uploads
- Tracking warranty items and follow-ups
- Confirming required job documents are submitted by field crews
- Helping maintain organized job records
- Assisting with general office tasks and follow-up items
