Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with the Supervisor and Technicians to perform all the functions of maintenance job orders
- Generate the ticket for the maintenance through the software
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries including emergencies
- Cold call to arrange meetings with prospects for new business
- Make accurate cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
- Managing stocks of supplies, tools and equipment
- Keeping a record of maintenance works carried out for reporting
- Ensuring the Technicians complies with health and safety regulations at site
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in coordinator position
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in English and Arabic
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree
- Proficient in MS Office and Software Applications
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
