Front Office Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, either 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00+ BOE
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for customers and support daily office operations at a busy plumbing & heating company. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system efficiently and professionally.

Perform accurate data entry into our accounting system and office databases.
*
Assist with scheduling, job entry, and general administrative support for office staff and field technicians.
*
Maintain organized office records, files, and documentation.
*
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills
*
Previous experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role required.
*
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
*
Proficiency with basic computer applications; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
*
Ability to learn and retain information related to company services and processes.
*
Strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail.
*
Must be dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable in a busy environment.
