Office Boy / Girl

ROLE PURPOSE

As an Office Boy / Office Girl, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional office environment across ROX UAE facilities. You will play a key role in supporting daily administrative and hospitality operations, assisting employees, customers, visitors, and management, while contributing to a premium customer experience within a dynamic automotive environment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain confidentiality of company information, documents, and internal matters at all times.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean, properly arranged, and ready before and after meetings.
  • Handle company property, office materials, documents, and facilities with care and responsibility.
  • Support daily office operations by assisting with basic administrative and clerical tasks when required.
  • Monitor cleanliness and readiness of customer-facing areas to support a premium showroom experience.
  • Follow company policies, hygiene standards, safety procedures, and workplace conduct requirements.
  • Report maintenance, cleanliness, safety, or facility-related issues immediately to the concerned department.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent conduct while representing the company.
  • Dispose of waste properly and ensure all areas remain clean, safe, and hygienic throughout working hours.

  • Assist in arranging documents, files, stationery, parcels, deliveries, and internal distributions when requested.
  • Assist employees and departments with reasonable office support requirements in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support showroom and office teams during customer visits, events, vehicle launches, exhibitions, and special activities.
  • Ensure office equipment, furniture, common areas, and facilities are kept clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and hygiene across offices, meeting rooms, pantry areas, reception areas, and common facilities.
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to management, employees, customers, visitors, and guests when required.
  • Assist in receiving, directing, and supporting visitors, customers, suppliers, and contractors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Maintain pantry supplies, refreshments, cleaning materials, and office support items, and report shortages to the concerned department.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve workplace cleanliness, hospitality service, and operational support across the company.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform routine cleaning, hospitality, and office support duties efficiently.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and complete assigned tasks on time.
  • Basic knowledge of office cleanliness, pantry service, and hospitality standards is preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm, cooperative, and professional during busy working hours or special events.
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers, visitors, employees, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, cleaning, carrying light items, and supporting daily office activities.
  • Previous experience in office support, hospitality, housekeeping, facility support, or customer-facing service roles is preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Office Boy, Office Girl, Office Assistant, Housekeeping Assistant, Hospitality Assistant, or a related role, preferably within automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, corporate, or showroom environments.
